What are the delivery charges for CME parts?
We offer various delivery options including overnight, Saturday, holiday, and same-day deliveries. Charges vary based on the option selected. A minimum charge of $75 applies for packing and handling outside normal hours. Local pickup is also available.
What is CME's Return Policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
What warranty do CME parts come with?
Our parts come with a standard warranty of 30 or 60 days. Extended warranties are available at an extra 30% of the item's non-exchange price per year, prorated monthly, with a minimum fee of $100.
What are the requirements for returning exchange parts?
Exchange parts must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment. Failure to do so may result in a price adjustment up to 200% of the original non-exchange price.
Are there any late fees for invoices??
Unpaid balances incur a 10% late fee, 28% annual interest, and any applicable collection or legal fees.
Does CME offer a warranty on installation services?
Yes, we provide a 30-day limited warranty on installation services. Longer warranties are available through tailored service contracts for each project.
What about the warranty on equipment purchased from CME?
Equipment is sold in good working order or as specified per project. Warranties, partial or full, are project-specific. Extended warranty options are also available.
Do I need to sign an agreement or pay a deposit to inspect equipment in stock?
No agreement or deposit is required for inspecting stock. However, we recommend signing an agreement to secure equipment availability as it's sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can CME assist with site planning for equipment purchased elsewhere?
