Bald Eagle in Flight

Another bald eagle sighting!  I will never get tired of seeing this majestic bird flying over the house.  We also get a lot of Turkey Vultures and sometimes it is not easy to tell the difference.  They are both big and they both soar in the air.  Obviously eagles have white heads and tails which is a great clue, although sometimes it is still hard to tell when they are high up in the air.  Another good clue is that Turkey Vultures are a lot less steady in the air- their wings tilt from side to side.  Bald Eagles are bigger and fly with steady wings.
