Above is an interesting insect.  Judging by the antennae and big eyes, I think it is a fly (possibly a type of Soldier Fly).

More Frogs in Duckweed

I found this frog peeking out of the duckweed covering this pond that I posted about previously.

My best guess is a (CORRECTION:) Bullfrog!  Thanks to Ivan for the unfortunate clarification in the comments.  Bullfrogs are not welcome as they are invasive and are harmful to (and can even eat) other frogs.
